TT Builders proudly served as both developer and principal contractor for this exceptional project, which features five luxury homes overlooking the historic grounds where Oaklea stables once trained their gallop horses.

Inspired by the natural surroundings, the homes were crafted with a barn-like design that harmonises with the rural landscape, creating an aesthetic that feels both timeless and modern. Our unique approach included an “upside-down” layout, situating the main living areas and kitchen on the first floor to maximize the breathtaking views from each home.

Spacious balconies span the rear of the properties, offering panoramic vistas that bring the outdoors into daily life. These elevated living spaces provide not only a sense of tranquility but also enhance the quality of family life by connecting interior spaces to the surrounding countryside.
